 We offer both private rooms and shared rooms. Shared rooms have bathrooms and walk-in closets in each bedroom. Private rooms share a bathroom. Our private room apartments have 4 private rooms and 1 shared room in each apartment. These are nice apartments with all the modern conveniences. These private rooms are the first to fill up each year. We also have onsite, full-time management at both College Way and Stadium Way to assist students and to maintain the apartments.
