Private suites, private rooms and shared rooms are available. Private Suites at both apartment sites are only available on a limited basis and are usually not available during Spring Semester for anyone other than those that had a Private Suite Fall Semester. Private suites have their own bathroom and walk-in closet. Private rooms share a bathroom. Our private room apartments have 4 private rooms and 1 shared room in each apartment. Shared room apartments have bathrooms and walk-in closets in each bedroom. Onsite, full-time management at both College Way and Stadium Way is present to assist students and to maintain the apartments.
